The pool will close for the season on September 13, 2010

To ensure the safety of small children playing in & around the pool area, the pool gate must be kept closed & latched at ALL times.

New neighbors should obtain pool keys (including fence & restrooms) from previous owners, current residents needing replacement keys should contact the Pool Committe Chairperson noted above.  Key Replacement Charge is $20.00.

TURNBURY OAKS ASSOCIATION SWIMMING POOL RULES

1. The Pool is reserved for Residents and their Guests.  All Guests must be accompanied by the Resident they are visiting.

2. Proper swimming attire is required for persons entering the Pool.

3. No person under the age of 14 is allowed in the Pool or Pool Area without adult supervision.

4. Glass containers are prohibited.

5. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed by persons under age 21.

6. Pets are NOT allowed in the Pool, Pool Area, or Clubhouse.

7. NO running, diving, or disorderly conduct allowed.

8. Trash and cigarettes must be disposed of in the proper containers.

9. Persons with wounds, bandages, or communicable diseases are not permitted in the Pool.

10. Association reserves the right to refuse privileges to anyone violating these rules.

11. The Pool is open from 10:00AM to 10:00PM.

12. The maximum number of swimmers allowed in the Pool is 100.
